Through years of experience, Pipebenders (UK) Ltd has developed a comprehensive bending capability to  meet your requirements for both bending in NB and O/D tube sizes. Where required our bending service can be backed up by our extensive fabrication capabilities.

We specialize in bending from 10nb up to 300nb, materials bent include carbon and chrome moly steels, nickel and non ferrous alloys. As well as bending tubing we also produce bends in a wide range of rectangular hollow sections.

Tube coiling is another of our specialities and we can process requirements for tight radii, close pitched or complex plans including pancake coils.

As well as the special bending service, we are equally well equipped to handle your general pipe bending requirements for factory service and  process or structural pipework. Bending on stanadard radii is more economical than using welding elbows especially on non-standard angles or multiple bend pipes.

Whether it be tight radii, close bends, multiple bend arrangements or thick wall tubing, we have the knowhow to do the job efficiently. Our specialist skills will also allow the production of the tightest bends with negligible outer wall thinning.

We also specialise in the production of bends for pigging lines, where 2% ovality is the maximum allowed.
