Bolton's Superheaters Ltd have a very long history in the design and manufacture of not only superheaters for all duties, but also specialised units for many waste heat recovery applications. We work to most international design standards in conjunction with all the leading Insurance Inspection companies.

We design and build a wide range of superheaters both with radiant and convection heat transfer, either mounted in an existing boiler or duct or independently fired. Great attention is given to thermal efficiency, material selection and control systems. All the necessary skills required to complete the unit are in-house.

We also provide independently fired superheaters (gas, oil or electric) for small or large duties and our special heat transfer units also include Exhaust Gas Heat Recovery, heating and coling coils.

Bolton's Superheaters Ltd have produced a wide range of heat recovery units for flue gas to air/water/steam applications, often in installations where there are high thermal transient conditions. These are supplied complete with all the necessary electrical / pneumatic controls and systems.
